Updated Advice Checklist

The Advice Checklist has been updated to include a check in relation to Target Market Determination (TMD). The updated checklist is now available in \AFSL read only\3.0 FORMS in both word and editable pdf format and in the Adviser Portal – please visit the Checklists page to download either format.

Hostplus – an IFA-Aust approved product provider

Further to our email on 26/05/22, we are pleased to announce that Hostplus is now an IFA-Aust approved product provider. The Product Provider list has been updated in \AFSL read only\2.0 COMPLIANCE\Financial Product Research Policy and in the Adviser Portal – please visit the Product Providers page and click the Request Accreditation button if you would like to utilise Hostplus for your clients. Accreditation is available to advisers nationally.

Should you obtain Hostplus accreditation please be aware that by using the Hostplus Adviser Online portal &/or being paid advice fees from a Hostplus account, you accept the Terms & Conditions at the following link: https://hostplus.com.au/financial-planning/adviser-terms, and must provide Hostplus with a copy of the relevant SoA on request. It is a policy of IFA-Aust that if requested to provide a copy of the SoA, you must redact all information not relating to the advice and/or recommendations regarding the client's superannuation.
