Kaplan Professional has launched their new Ontrack platform and IFA-Aust will be transitioning to the new platform on 17 August 2022.
What this means for you?
As a learner, from 17/08/22 you will no longer have access to My Kaplan to complete your CPD training. You will be provided (via email from Kaplan) a new URL, your student number and login details to access the new Ontrack platform.
Note: if you still use an INT number to access the current Ontrack platform, you will be issued with a new student number to access the new platform.
If you have attempts remaining on any Kaplan or Corporate learning content, we suggest that you re-sit the assessment prior to transitioning as the re-sit option will not be available to you in the new platform.
Important
Your completion records from the current platform will not be available to you on the day we transition to the new platform. These will become available in your account within 48 hours.

Ability to load a copy of your certificate when entering an activity

Training and Support
Kaplan Professional is determined to make the transition for our learners as smooth and efficient as possible. They have a dedicated support team available who can be contacted via phone and email as well as in platform help guides. Kaplan will be offering a number of online training sessions to ensure you get the most out of using the new Ontrack platform.
