Updated Ezidebit Form

As per our email on 14/10/22 regarding updated Ezidebit transaction fees, please remember to download the updated Ezidebit form from the Templates & Forms/Forms page, or by clicking HERE.


The form is now in an editable format and replaces any previous versions you may be using. It is important to update your records so your clients are aware of the credit card transaction fees which are added to their payment(s) if being deducted from a credit card. As always, payments deducted from bank accounts do not incur fees payable by your clients.
